Privacy
Any personal details that you provide to us, stays with us, they will not be given, sold or rented to anyone outside of Cocoboo.

Ordering & Payment
You have a few options here,
1: Order online via this website, this is our preferred option.
2: Email us at sales@cocoboo.com.au with your order and your contact details, and we can start to process your order.
3: Ring our shop on +61 7 4038 3590, talk to one of our lovely staff and we can process your order and payment (via visa or mastercard) there and then, or give you our bank details so you can EFT the amount.
4: Fax (to the same number as above) or send the order form, available here, to this address:

For international customers, we accept payment by Paypal. For Australian customers, you can use either Paypal, Direct Deposit (EFT-Australian dollars only) or send us a cheque/money order, we will let you know the postage costs first, (again, Australian dollars only). Please note that no items will be sent until full payment has been received or cheques have cleared.

Availability
If for some strange reason we don't have what you've ordered, we will contact you and offer you the following options,
1: You may like to purchase something else.
2: We can see if it's still available from our suppliers, and order it for you.
3: We will refund your money in full.

Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes purchasing online can be a bit hit and miss, we know, we buy stuff all the time, things like colours appear different (everybodies computer screen is a little different), or the size might be a little to small (too big? they can always grow into it!), so here at Cocoboo we want you to be happy with your purchase, so we will happily exchange or give you credit under the following conditions,
1: A copy of your valid receipt is included with the returned item.
2: The returned item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in brand new condition with the original packaging and original labels intact.
3: The item is returned(at your cost) within 14 days of receipt, and you have included a stamped/prepaid self addressed satchel for any new items to be returned in. Please note: We reserve the right to accept or decline ANY returned item if we feel the above conditions have not been met or the care instructions have not been followed. Also, we do not refund or exchange ANY items purchased on special or shipped outside of Austalia, these sales are final.

How To Return & Exchange
1: Make sure the above conditions have been met.
2: Email sales@cocoboo.com.au to get a Return Authority Number(RA#)
3: Send the items to the following address, and remember to include a stamped/prepaid self addressed satchel for your new items to be returned in.

Faulty Or Damaged Items
If you have followed the care instructions of your purchase and it appears to be faulty, eg shrunk after washing, follow the above instructions for returning the item. All purchases are thoroughly checked & packed before we send them, so in the unlikely event it arrives visually damaged/opened insist that it is noted with the delivery person when signing for it, then follow the above instructions for returning the item.

Missing Orders
Sometimes things go walk-about, if you don't recieve your order, email sales@cocoboo.com.au with your order number and we will chase it up.

Security
You can be sure that all your details will be kept securely, privately and confidentially by shopping online here at Cocoboo. Any online payments are processed over a secure connection with paypal, ensuring your payment details remain private. Any other payments will be processed over the phone or via fax. Please do not email us with credit card details, as we cannot guarantee the security of your payment details if they come to us in an email.
